Ecotropicos is the scientific journal of the Venezuelan Society of Ecology. Our mission is to foster the well-being of societies in the coming decades through ecological knowledge.

Ecotropicos is a scientific journal managed by the community, with editorial operations carried out by volunteers. We operate under a Diamond Open Access publication model, where authors of accepted publications are not required to cover any article processing charges.
